BJ's Tire Center

Bought 4 tires and tire package for my four cars at BJ's Miami Lakes. Took my car in on Saturday for a nail in tire so they an patch it up. They told me I had to make an appointment or bring it in on Monday. What kind of tire package is this? This is an emergency as my car can leak all air and leave me stranded. I talked to manager and told her that they just lost me as a tire and gas customer going forward. I told her I did not want her to try and solve my problem as there are other BJ's with better customer service. I will be using BJ's in Pembroke Pine for the remaining tire service package going forward and will purchase my next tires for my four cars in Costco in Miami Lakes. Costco will patch your tire without having to make appointment, that is real service.

I bought my tires online and made an appointment for the installation. I got there like 15 minutes to 1 PM which was my actual appointment time. Everything went smooth. JOSE took my information ask for my keys I show him where the lock for my tires was JOSE took the car inside he did all the job it took him about 45 minutes to change all 4 tires I could have not been more happy with the job they did Thanks BJ’s I would sure buy again

Replace all 4 tires price a little high but compared to other places is reasonable. With free tires rotation, flat fix... Great service from Leo.
