I bought a new set of Assurance tires with a 65,000 mile warranty in April of last year. I was feeling a vibration so took it in to get the tires checked. Kudos to them for getting me in to check them, but when they found the problem was a broken belt and metal showing through the rubber, they wanted to sell me a new set. They easily could've seen they were still under warranty since I bought them there. But they were either too incompetent to check or too dishonest to admit it.
A few days ago I had a problem with my tire and I stopped to see if they could help me solve it. It was late and they were super busy, but Luis Romero, his manager, helped me incredibly, he told me to wait a bit but that he was going to come out with my problemresolved and so it was! I recommend them 100%!
Super rude and unprofessional. I’ll definitely be using a much better shop
