Last Saturday, I was in town getting ready for my wedding, but desperately needed an oil change on my 2020 Jeep. It was probably 4:15pm when I walked in & was expecting them to say that they wouldn’t have time to do a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Anna greeted me when I walked in, asked how she could help me. Never said they were too busy, just started asking me for my information, so she could type my information into the system. When I asked how much for the tire rotation, she told me that it’s included. That was shocking because everyone else wanted $90+ for a full synthetic oil change & an additional $15+ to rotate the tires. She told the technicians that she had a ticket up, they came, grabbed the paperwork & fob, & got my Jeep right in. I had the nicest conversation with Anna while they took care of my Jeep & was all set & on the road before 5:00pm. I cannot say enough about how amazing Anna is. The staff a this Tire choice is absolutely amazing, Anna was beyond sweet and so helpful. They make sure they give you as much information as possible about what’s going on with your vehicle. Gabe did an outstanding job taking care of all the issues my van was having! Would recommend every time!!!
