This business installed a hood trim piece for my girlfriend. About a week after the installation, I was driving the car and the hood scoop flew off. The only way that this could happen would be due to improper installation. The garage was contacted regarding the problem and their response in a nutshell was it is not their responsibility. The total outlay of cash for both the part and the installation was $178. Despite it being a relatively small amount of money, as a matter of principle I have suggested that my girlfriend take this matter to small claims court due to the unprofessional response by the garage. Failing to stand behind your work is unconscionable in my opinion. This business was recommended by a coworker of my girlfriend. She will now make sure to use a more reputable shop in the future.
