Firestone Complete Auto Care

We have been going to Firestone for 10 years and in the past year the service and labor has plummeted. They broke parts of my car that were fine while they were servicing other areas of my car, and they do not thoroughly do what they are being paid to service. New axle with no alignment, I mean come on. New tires and they didn't even last a year but they didn't stand by the warranty. Very disappointed. The manager tries to back track the lies we caught him in, and all of the services I paid for are not in their system??? Shady. Service: Tires

Run away from here! I brought my car in for 1 issue; they created another one, and I had to take it back MORE THAN SIX times for them to fix what they wrecked! $$$$$$ out of pocket, time, time with no vehicle and they don't care. Don't try to call; they never answer the phone. HORRIBLE place! Corporate could not care less about a satisfied customer. I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this place! Joseph the store manager was very understanding of my lack of knowledge on my vehicle and helped me figure out what I needed to do and I will definitely use their services in the future. Before I had gone here to Firestone today, I went to pep boys and they laughed when I told them I wanted an oil change early which discouraged me and I walked out. Joseph was very communicative, intelligent and made sure to answer all my questions. Thank you so much Firestone.
