Four new tires replaced and had an issue with my rebate but Melissa at the rebate center fixed it and now I’m a happy customer. I want to say that the Firestone on Skyline Blvd does great work. Problem solved!

Woke up to a nail in my tire. Booked an appointment online at 7am for 6pm and was told they can't help me because they are busy and don't take online appointments. So why would you have that option available?!?! And why wouldn't you have the decency to call me?!?! There was 11 hours between the time I booked it and my appointment. My husband and I arranged car trading and child care for nothing!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! Response to below: we never got my tire fixed. My husband showed up with an appointment scheduled online 11 hours prior and he was turned away. He was willing to wait but was told they close at 7 and that he shouldn't use the online booking service.
