My car got hit overnight parked outside my house, thankfully Universal got my car fixed in just a few days. Honestly my car looks better than when I bought it. I recommend universal for sure everybody was very professional. Service: Body & Trim
Amazing service. Car looks better than before the accident. Walter and his team were very professional and take great pride in their work. The body work was completed ahead of schedule and they kept me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend. Also very seamless with Stare Farm process as they are a Preferred repair shop which simplified and expedited the process.
Walter and the team are awesome! I’ve had a tree fall on my car and a hit and run within the same week on a brand new car that I’ve had for 3 months. Went to universal auto body and they were very honest, and upfront on the current damage and potential damage. Within 2 weeks I was able to get my car back, and it’s like I was never in an accident. I would recommend them to anyone!
