I found this place on Google when we moved to CT since I was done getting ripped off by dealerships. Every time I've been there, they got me out within 30 minutes versus the 3 hour wait at the dealership. The staff here are great!
I had my sunroof repaired at Briggs recently. Now it works great. I had been searching for a shop that knew how to do this. Justin impressed me with his knowledge and confidence for doing the job. And his estimate of the cost was spot on. I am very pleased.
I moved to Norwalk 3 years ago with a 150K+ mile truck and Briggs has done all the repairs here that I would call quality and correct. From front rotors and brakes, to helping with possible starter issues, to offering honest repair advice instead of overcharging, they have been reliable. You pay a little more than lower end shops but you get 3x the value. For oil only changes too, the price is unmatched!!! Services: Tires, Engine repair
