Steve and Sean are two of the nicest people I have met. I needed something looked at on my SUV and they took me without an appointment. They even dropped me off at home and then my car later in the day. They had the car fully serviced the same day and made sure it was 100%. They welcome you in and make sure any concerns or needs are taken care of. It is truly refreshing to find people that care. Not to mention the price was great. I love to stay local and this is truly a gem in New Canaan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. So glad I have a place to go to and trust. Had car troubles on a road trip and needed fast service on a Friday afternoon. Gave them a call and Matt said they would do everything they could to fit us in. Not only did they get us in and out within an hour, Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I called and asked for an estimate to replace brake pads on my car which I explained needed to be replaced. They said they would need to see the vehicle to give an estimate. I told them I’d stop by and asked for an oil change to make it worth my while to drive there. I received no oil change and they charged me $200 for a brake inspection to tell me I needed brake pads. I told them I needed brake pads before I came in, no inspection was required or asked for. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company they flat out lied about what transpired and said I came in complaining about squeaky brakes and which required a brake inspection. This place is beyond shady. To boot, their quote to replace the brakes was more than the dealer, so their prices are terrible too. Service: Brakes
