All around excellent, the departments are orderly and run really well. Satisfied with my visit there, they had my car ready and good to go in just under 3 hours after a full inspection and brake replacement.
Always very professional and attentive. They take you in quickly and get you out just the same.
They take all day to service your car and don't offer drop off service. I dropped my car off at 10am and they still hadn't called me by 5pm to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. Toyota of Stamford has to do better. All their locations have long wait times, but this is by far the longest I've had to wait for any service to be completer. On average, I've waited +/-3hrs at other locations. I gave them 3 stars because their customer service is decent.
