I had an excellent experience with this shop when I needed a rear windshield replacement on my BMW. Oscar handled all the communication with my insurance company and competently answered any questions I had. When it was time to perform the work, I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up that same evening, exterior washed and all. The quality of the repairs looks flawless. Also, Oscar was able to procure OEM glass for the car rather than go with an alternative manufacturer option, which was a welcomed bonus to me.
Excellent service! Honest assessments of work to be done and worked with my insurance company to coordinate payment for work done. Did a great job replacing a door on my Chevy. Wish more businesses were like this. Car came back like it was new.
