Since purchasing my car new in 2014, I’d always had all work done at a Mercedes dealership. This time instead of paying the ridiculous dealership prices, I decided to take a chance and went to google. Where I found Import cars of Stamford. Places a call to inquire if the shop could facilitate the installation of the replacement rear suspension airbags that I’d purchased. I spoke with George and he assured me that he could. I dropped of my 2014 Cls550 and had it returned the same day. George installed the airbags, value block and air compressor. Unfortunately that night I noticed that the car was sinking on the right rear side. Called George to inform him of the issue. He suggested that I drop the car off the next morning. George informed me that the replacement airbag was faulty. George was able to replace the faulty airbag and install it at no additional cost to me. The cost of repairs were fair and very responsible but definitely cheaper than the dealership…Needless to say I won’t be

I took my 07 Merc S550 to George and his team for a anti freeze leak in back of motor. They diagnosed it in minutes and found the part in another state!!!! Had it delivered by that same day and installed it on my car. It was fully repaired by late afternoon the same day. No leaks since. Thank you George for your great service.

George and the team at ICS did a phenomenal job on my 10-year-old Mercedes wagon recently. George personally called to discuss my preventative maintenance plan and was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to work me into his schedule immediately. His team went above and beyond receiving the car and were able to assist me with transportation and gave me a feeling of confidence that my car was in good hands. When the work was performed George kept me updated every step of the way with detailed photographs of the car in process along with photographs of the used parts that were replaced. After the work was complete I personally checked the entire car for leaks or other issues and found that there were none in that the work was done to a very high standard. George completed the work ahead of schedule and pick up was easy even though I am coming from New York City. If you have an older German car I highly recommend George and his team, they are an honest, appropriately priced alternative
