I am a person who believes that great customer service is paramount and can make a stressful situation seem like it’s a breeze. That’s exactly what happened over the last few days when I had to visit HankMays Goodyear service. My father’s truck failed is emission test and Hank Mays Goodyear services was one of the listed facilities that may be and to help. Prior to them I called at least 6 other businesses but they were all saying they had no availability. I called Hank Mays and the guy who answered (Jason Najarro) told me to bring the vehicle by and they would take a look at it.
