I went to explain what I needed to have checked, and the attendant ignored me or even looked at me, I had been waiting in line for a long time and she didn't want to answer me, she treated me as if I wasn't a consumer, a client, a good citizen who I was just there to fix my car. I was attended to a long time later only because some ladies who were next to me said that I was already there first. My car is 3 years old (Toyota/used/like new) it just needed balancing on the rear tire, (when I went over 60Mph/ the car started to vibrate, you could feel it coming from the rear tires) I know that I had to buy a tire at the last minute because I had one of the rear tires that had gone flat the day before, so I decided to buy a pair of new tires for the rear. I used to go to the White Plains location where I signed up for the lifetime alignment. but it is permanently closed. So the next one is either the Bronx or Stamford. I decided to take my car to the Stamford location for a alignment. My appointment was at 4pm. I arrived at 4pm and left at 5:30pm. When they finish my car the technician did not give a receipt or prove of the alignment because the store did not have any paper for the printer. Also he said that the alignment was not properly done because the store dis no have and propane gas. I was so upset because I drove 40 minutes and waited one hour and 30 minutes for nothing.

Jamie from Firestone misled me greatly regarding a brake pad deal. Initially, I was given a quote of $400 for the labor and parts combined. However, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was shocked to learn that the total cost had soared to $1,500. When I brought this to their attention, they attacked me personally and insisted that I was incorrect. This unethical business behavior by Firestone has left me extremely disappointed and offended. I strongly recommend against using their services since they are dishonest scammers who aim to exploit their customers for financial gain.
