Terrible! Do not go here!!!. My heat needed to be fixed in my car. First round at the shop the car came back even more messed up. The fan they installed was broken. But it also came back to me with my remote starter not working, and my automatic window wasn’t working , and the lock made a loud click.. brought it back and they had to take it to another place to fix my starter and my window. Lock still clicking loud at this point and fan still is broken. Take car back 2 more times and the last time to put the correct fan in. But at this point the loud click for the lock turned into very loud cranking noise. David Ortiz’s refused to fix it claiming it wasn’t from what they did! I had it confirmed that it was broken when the batter was put in wrong. The same door that had the window problem that they had to fix. Mind you, it was paid in advanced while all this was still happening. I am still driving around with a very loud noise when I have to lock me car. They brushed me off and gave me b

I went to the shop for battery change and front shock repair. I was told by the head mechanic that they will have to get the original battery and shocks from BMW and put all original same as car already has. I was told repeatedly that they would get the original parts from BMW shop. But after the repair, the battery and shocks that were put in my car were not the same as original BMW and it was from their own shop, they also refused to give me bills of the battery and shocks purchases. They just handed me 3 liners bill of 1150 bucks. People are good to talk to but lies means something fishy going on for sure. But I guess thats how business is done and money is made.
