Called to have a simple temp sensor replace literally a ten min job tells me a few hundreds bucks . Hourly rate $120 a hour pal part $30 bucks on markup where do you get a few hundred bucks.. trying to rip people off is bad for business hanging up on a person is even worse....

On 3/17/21, I called the place of business and spoke with David. I explained to him that I was looking to get my mufflers replaced. I told him that I am looking to a get a quote cheaper than what Midas had quoted me and he said, “Oh your looking to pay like $200 or something?” I replied to him and said that I’m not looking to pay $1200 Midas quoted me but something a bit cheaper. He says come by and I’ll put car on lift to look at. I get there 2 hours after our call and the door is closed and so I knock a few times....nothing. I call and David picks up on the first ring....I tell him who I am and he comes outside. During the call a truck pulls up and it’s a gentleman who knows him. As I’m leading David to my car where it’s parked, he goes and speaks with gentleman for 5 minutes and then comes to me and says to park car in front of garage entrance. He crouches down and looks under the car and pops shaking his head and says it’s going to be an expensive job and that I should look somewhe
