SAT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER AND SAY "ARE YOU STILL THERE?" TO WHICH I REPLIED "YES" AND HE PROCEEDED TO PUT ME BACK ON HOLD WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD. ONLY REASON IM GIVING TWO STARS IS BECAUSE SOME ACTUALLY DECIDED TO PICKUP THE PHONE
For German cars including VW , Audi , Mercedes , BMW, and Porsche , the recommended oil won’t be found at any other auto parts in Norwalk . I checked ‘em all. You need A3/B4. In VW speak that’s VW 502 and above. NAPA has Liqui Moly A3/B4 in 5 quart jugs! Made in Germany!
