If you don't really know car like me ask them to buy the parts yourself and just pay for the service fee instead of letting them do everything. Otherwise you will end up paying double price because the price they list on the receipt for each part does not match if you go to an auto parts and purchase it yourself. Matter fact they don't even give you a detailed estimation, they just list the parts in a piece of paper and tell you the total cost after the service is done which I was really disappointed with. Although the technician is nice but I think I was overcharged. I paid $850 to replace a muffler (converter not included) on a Toyota rav4 2004.

If I could give them less then a star I would. First off I know cars pretty well no beginner to this game. I knew what a general price for parts would be to replace my catyletic converter and o2 sensor. About $250 and that was on the higher end for parts. When I brought my car to them I was told $690 to replace both. Clearly trying to get over on me thinking I didn’t know anything. If you wanna get played and over charged for probably bottom of the barrel work take your car here the bays are clearly always empty for a reason these guys are scammers looking to get over on someone
