Service - Garavel Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler

I scheduled an oil change, part of the lease service, especially mentioned that I needed to wait because I had children with me, when I got there they tried to tell me my appointment was a drop off. The first time they tried to tell me the same thing. This is unacceptable, manager tried to offer me an Uber ride, really, I had children with me. It’s their mistake, it’s their responsibility to honor what’s promised to clients. When you make an appointment make sure to double confirm what you wish to do, because they will try to pull a fast on you. They are also unfriendly and rude. I unfortunately have to use them. They need to have better training for costumer service, no wonder this place never has people buying cars. Very empty.

Great service - estimated properly - fair pricing - completed on time and as promised. Can’t ask for more than that!
