I have had many good experiences at Hank May's. From reasonably priced quality tires, and quality oil changes. In addition, they operate a State of Connecticut Emissions Testing Facilities, usually I am able to get our cars inspected fairly quickly. The staff is helpful in assisting you to resolving most car problems. I have found that their work is quality and fairly reasonable in price.
Client service is slow and inattentive. Came for emmissions testing which is a small ticket item but still should acknowledge clients faster. After a 6 min wait, we left without getting it done.
I had some bad experiences with my old shop I really like these guys, straight forward and they listen moving my business to their norwalk shop
