Bought a set of tires on Amazon - had them shipped to this store. Showed up on time, they had me in and out in under 25 minutes. Kaiser, the manager, is extremely pleasant to work with and an extreme professional. This is definitely a shop I will be taking my car to. Highly recommend.
I was a little nervous on my first visit. Im a female and I'm always skeptical that mechanics are gonna rip me off. Kai and Patrick were very informative on my vehicle. They were honest, fast, reasonable pricing, and very understanding when I spoke about my car. Most mechanics do the fixture and want you out. They are very patient and informative, tho. They are also very professional and explicit. I highly recommend them. I will definitely keep going back to Monro Auto Service.
I always got my oil change there, for only one reason; Tire rotation is included in it ???? I love it. No need to pay for $30 more that.
