Their customer service team is extremely attentive and they handle everything from dealing direct;y with the insurance companies, help secure and arrange rentals, keep you informed and updated and assist when needed. If you want your car done right and them keeping in contact with insurance companies and keeping you up to date with the results when they contact them for whatever reason this is the place and they message you and keep you up to date on the status they have top quality Equipment they put your car in a paint booth that also is heated so the paint is cured properly. I work there years ago and I saw first hand the whole process of repairing the car and they know their job very well when I worked there most of the cars that I saw we're a Mercedes BMW Audi Porsche and one time I saw a Ferrari so if these cars were brought there you know they're a top-no body shop.

We drove our Toyota Camry to the store to repair our radiator and AC on Friday in early December. The staff took a look our car and told me they will email us the details about repairman in the coming Monday. I waited for Tuesday, no one contacted me. I called the store, the guy took care our car last Friday said the store is under staff and will call me next day. I waited to Wednesday, no one contacted me. I called again. Same guy, he told me he could not replace our radiator and recommended us to take the car to another auto repair store for AC. I went to my local repair store right away, they repaired my car within one day. For people need to immediately fix, don’t go there. You will wait for several days without responding.
