Great body shop. They fixed my damage, took care of the rental car, and even detailed the interior before I was finished.

It is never enjoyable to write a poor review on a business, but sadly I was left with no other option. Ultimate Auto Body simply would not honor its promised warranty to me after a recent $6,000 autobody repair. The owner returned my vehicle to me with a violent brake pulsation where the entire car shook whenever I applied the brake pedal. I was unable to travel on the highway and didn't know where to turn at that point. In my 40 years of driving, I have never experienced such a frightening issue and although I made several attempts to reach out to this owner, he was uninterested in my safety and welfare and chose to leave me stranded. I was forced to find another repair shop which proved to be a challenging task. It was nearly impossible to convince another repair shop to dissect and then properly complete the work that Ultimate Auto Body had started. Thankfully, after two months of several, persistent attempts, the next repair shop finally was able to rectify the hazardous brake

My car was towed here after it was totaled by another driver. George went above and beyond to assess my car and even helped me through the insurance process. I would highly recommend Ultimate Auto to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. They are truly great people!
