I was looking for my next vehicle on CarGurus and I sent a message about my interest and within 15 minutes Mario, the sales manager called me and was very professional and upfront from the get go. He was straightforward about damages, issues, and made the most of his time and mine. I live in Minnesota and I had no issues taking a trip to come get this vehicle and Mario was more than accommodating in getting this vehicle prepared for me as well as answer any questions I had about the vehicle. We even did a video call to go over the vehicle as if I was there looking at it. Mario really went above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of. Little things such as checking in on me when my flights landed and picking me up from the rental car company. When I was inspecting the vehicle in person, he was very patient with me (I go into great detail when I'm looking at a vehicle) as I checked over everything and ensured it was satisfactory. terrible service, they lost my title and refuse to pay for a title search, i called and they said “no i’m not paying for anything”. also the day after i bought my car the rear shock mounts fell apart so that tells me they don’t look over their cars at all. i never brought it back because i couldn’t trust them after that.
