I Stopped in Richard Chevy Today To set up auto payment on a vehicle I Bought! Francine! Was soo helpfull! She did help me set up. Auto pay! She went above expectations! You are Lucky to have her on your Team! PLEASE give her a raise! I will always send friends I know. TO Richards!

Last month I was in the service dept I brought my car in for a burning smell and they couldn't figure it out. They recommended I put new spark plugs in to fix the problem but the smell was still there and got stronger. I went back 2 days later for the same issue and they changed my oil housing saying it was the problem for a leak and that should solve the problem and that didn't fix my problem same smell persisted. Went back and they told me they couldn't find anything. I asked them to keep it too look for other possibilities and they told me it wasn't any leaks . Now less than 3 weeks later same smell continues and now my car overheated. I'm very disappointed bc they didn't listen to me about the burning smell.

Just got an oil change Wednesday. Don took care of me. He was helpful in taking care of everything and making sure I was completely satisfied with the service of Richard Chevrolet.
