What a breath of fresh air. Finally an honest auto repair company. Randy is amazing, as too are the mechanics. They did a great job with my suv it runs like it is new. There mechanics is extremely talented and hold many years of experience. Cant thank you guys enough!

Had 100k mile plugs replaced on 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan (a bigger job than you would expect). Results - excellent workmanship, per quote, and on time! I delayed the plugs to 106k because I needed to trust the person(s) working on my wife's vehicle. I no longer trust the dealers - too many poor results, plus I wanted someone local. I asked my friend what he thought, a different dealer or Copeland. He recommend Copeland, said they would do a quality job. Based on my experience, I will use Copeland for my future repairs. We have found Copeland’s to have good customer service and professionalism. They do the work on time and they communicate well.
