Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

We've been here twice in a couple months due to popped tires. Not only were they able to get us in for new tires on a busy Sunday, they were extremely kind when talking on the phone and in person. Great group and highly recommended!

This place does not abide bye your appointment times, I have made appointments every time for Work done on my vehicle and I have always waited hours on hours for the work to be done , I had a appointment scheduled for tires to be put on twice now the first time it took an hr in a half for them to even take my vehicle in when I was first here in the morning when they opened , now the second time I had an appointment and i have been waiting over 2 hours they need more technicians and they need too stop making people wait when they had a scheduled service time

Scheduled an 8 am appointment online that was accepted and confirmed for today, and the office remained closed well past 9 am. There was another customer waiting as well. While I hope everything is okay, it's really unfortunate to have no communication or contact. Update: the owner reached out and expressed apologies for unexpected issues and being short staffed. I appreciate the outreach and follow-up.
