They try to take advantage of people (especially women). Friend went to have a tire repaired and they tried to charge over 1000$ for 4 new tires, another shop repaired it for free. Stay away.
Tim was amazing! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and went over the top to ensure we were well taken care of!
I ran over a nail and it was in the tread. It was a slow leak and going flat. I brought it to Firestone and they tried to tell me that the nail was in the shoulder of the tire, not the tread. I’m a woman, not an idiot. I know what the tread is. He told me they couldn’t repair it but they would have to replace all 4 tires and proceeded to quote me for $1200 to get this problem fixed. I refused service and will never go there, even if my shop is closed. If you’re looking for reliable, honest work, go see Tony at Tire Depot who fixed my tire free of charge.
