Awesome service. I went for a quote on a catalytic converter repair down the road and was quoted over $1000.00. I stopped in at J's who said that was insane and that he could do the job for a lot less. Great family run business. On 7-24-23 my brake light lit up a long with my battery light . I had to have it towed but I needed to find a new mechanic as my old mechanic had closed their business. We started reading reviews and we chose Jay's Auto sales at 1114 Farmington avenue in Bristol CT . On 7-25-23 Jay contacted me by phone because I left my car there with my keys and a note in their safety Dropbox. I explained the situation they test drove it called me right back to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix the issue. I was able to pick my car up by 4:00 p.m. the same day it was very happy with. Thank you to Jayand his team .
