I paid 2400 to have a used transmission. Turns out that didn’t fix the problem. They told me it would be 700 for an additional part plus labor. So I probably never needed the “new” transmission in the first place. Fast forward I brought it back in (after it set for almost 2 years in a garage) and told them I finally had the money to get the part and replace it. Transmission Light still all on. So the transmission they put it in was not good and now they still want to charge me a diagnostic fee. They told me the car was in great shape and if I put the new transmission in, it would go 30k more miles easy. Service: Transmission

Left my car overnight after getting a quote for a clutch bleeding, very good quote. my hydraulic clutch was disengaging an inch from the floor. Was told my car was ready and everything was fine. When I got in my car it had the same issue. When I asked the receptionist if I could talk with the mechanic who done the test drive I was told they're to busy to discuss my vehicle but I could gladly leave it overnight to get diagnosed...I will make it a point to NAME my service from now on. I stated clearly on the drop off form what I needed and the issue. My car still doesn't work and I'm out the money.

Told them ahead of time what I thought the problem was, they ran a diagnostic and came back with telling me that I had no spark. I checked before I brought it in and there was definitely spark. They charged me $500 to replace a part saying it would fix the problem. They replaced it and came back to me with a list of other stuff that needed to be replaced costing about $3000 and still couldn't guarantee it would fix my Bronco. With my experience, I would not recommend this place because they will try to milk you for all your worth. Service: General repairs & maintenance
