Integrity Tire

They tried to charge me $500 for labor and parts to replace a front wheel bearing. Went in for an alignment couldn’t give me before and after alignment specs tried to give me a run around saying they didn’t have ink so I asked for pictures and then they said the computer crashed and lost all my information. Currently working on getting a refund through my credit card company avoid this business at all costs.

Unfortunately I had a recent experience which didn’t show much “integrity.” I took my vehicle in for an alignment and check on 7/17 and was told that my front brakes were in desperate need of servicing as they were about to squeal and if I had them done very soon I could save the rotors from damage and they would just need to be turned. Luckily however I decided to do this job myself but to my surprise when I took the old pads out there was still 6mm of material left on all of them which is half of their service life. I’m pretty disappointed in these actions and that I can’t use such a conveniently located shop anymore. So just take that as a heads up to maybe get a second opinion.

I’ve had two experiences here and both were negative. If you are not somewhat knowledgeable about car repairs they WILL take advantage of you so BEWARE. Luckily I have some basic knowledge, enough not to get screwed over by shady mechanics. First, they shouldn’t call themselves a tire shop if tire repairs are not their specialty. Went in today to have a tire patched due to a nail in the center tread of my tire. The two guys who looked at it told me it wasn’t repairable which I knew was not true, it was completely repairable. Luckily another shop was able to squeeze me in and the tire patched and repaired tire in no time. On another visit I came in a with a coolant leak, the manager Garret tried to tell me I needed a new head gasket which cost over 2k…I knew they were trying to take advantage so I went to another shop paid less than $200 and the leak was fixed.
