Gotta echo some of the prior reviews. Get a second opinion...and do not be pressured into "financing" the overpriced (and unnecessary) findings. Was given a list of over $2500 repair findings after an oil change. Convenient financing was available to take care of it that day. Nope...have crossed half the items off the list as not needed and saved elsewhere.

Ray the store manager, helped me out so much. He and his staff saw my car and knew how much help I needed. They all went above and beyond for me, as they knew I could not afford a new car right now.They are so professional,timely, with honest and kind hearts. If you are in a tight spot, and don't know who to trust, you can trust Integrity Tire, Ray and his staff. A huge thank you!

"Integrity" doesn't seem to match up with ANY of the interactions that we have had with this business. In late June, my husband had over $4,000 of work done on his vehicle, 2015 F150 Sport at the urgent recommendation of Ray (brakes, spark plugs, turbo charger cooler tube, engine gasket, water pump, etc) when the initial reason for taking it in was because his windshield wipers wouldn't turn off. Not even 24 hours after getting it back, we had to take the vehicle back as the check engine light was on and there was a significant oil leak that was not there prior to taking the truck in. I was told by the mechanic who gave me a ride home after taking it in the 2nd time that a new employee had improperly put in some of the parts and possibly omitted certain vital steps and he was glad that the engine didn't blow. The next day, they assured us it was fixed. The next day, the engine light was back on and still leaking. Ray told us it would be fixed, they would eat the labor, and ret
