Fast and thorough, very professional, and friendly! Great customer service! I loved hearing the teamwork and the positive work environment of all the employees were contributing to overall! The manager was great with his employees! He was encouraging, helpful in answering their questions, willing to roll up his sleeves as part of the team, guiding them but not micromanaging, and yet keeping them focused on the job at hand, and holding them accountable! I'm in Human Resources, so I appreciated those details in an organization or company! I will definitely come back to this location in the future! Thank you! I pretty much only go to Grease Monkey because I know I can trust them. This store was incredible! It was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, and they didn’t judge me for being over.
