Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had the right tires in stock. Arrived at 11am on a Tuesday w/o an appt. There was one customer in front of me, but the crew in the auto center was working on 2 other vehicles as well as changing wheels/ tires on large enclosed trailer. All crew members were working independently, with exceptions to certain jobs requiring more than one person at a time for safety reasons. With all that was going on the 2 new tires were selected, balanced and placed on my vehicle in the time it took to complete the oil change in the SUV that arrived b4 me. All in all, I was in and out in 35 minutes. Customer service was excellent and the Walmart employees working in the auto center took great pride in their work as well as showing appreciation to the customers. I will definitely return to this facility for future auto needs

They were amazing. They walked me through the process of replacing my struts and shocks.they helped me out with an online coupon I didn't know about to save me the extra money I needed for the next service. I don't rememeber the lady's name unfortunately but she is always so sweet and very helpful everytime I have a need for my car.thank you for the great job on Sat.

They changed their hours for the Tire & Lube department, this picture was taken today-5/15/23 around 4:50 pm. Maybe they should update their hours here.
