Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had the right tires in stock. Arrived at 11am on a Tuesday w/o an appt. There was one customer in front of me, but the crew in the auto center was working on 2 other vehicles as well as changing wheels/ tires on large enclosed trailer. All crew members were working independently, with exceptions to certain jobs requiring more than one person at a time for safety reasons. With all that was going on the 2 new tires were selected, balanced and placed on my vehicle in the time it took to complete the oil change in the SUV that arrived b4 me. All in all, I was in and out in 35 minutes. Customer service was excellent and the Walmart employees working in the auto center took great pride in their work as well as showing appreciation to the customers. I will definitely return to this facility for future auto needs

It was a Little slow compared to the other oil places it took over a hour to get just the oli change compared to the 20 min at the real car places

ordered tires online....they cudnt find the order nor confirmation that they were already paid for. arrived 30min early for my appointment and it still took them over an hour and 45 minutes to change 4 tires.... think I'll go to the guy up the street next time
