Michael Moores provided me information about emissions warranty and was very helpful. One thing management might address is quicker parts transfer from the west store to Truck City. I Made an appointment last week to have our vehicle looked at today. We dropped it off the night before because the appointment was first thing in the morning. When I talked to the service advisor last week I told her the things that needed to be looked at. Today at 11 a different service advisor called us asking why we were needing to services the vehicle. At 3:30 no one had called us to give us an update on the vehicle so we stopped into see what was going on with it. Our vehicle had not even been looked at. We asked the service advisor what was going on with it and he said the tech is looking at it now. The vehicle wasn’t even in the shop. We told the service advisor that we had to have the vehicle back today because we don’t have another vehicle to get to and from work. He handed us the keys and said ok. Not hey let me go ask and see what’s going on or I’m sorry let me see when we could have it done. Just handed the keys and was like bye! Pretty sad to watch a business that our fam
