Precision recently replaced the roof skin on my 2013 f-250, they did a great job. Communication was great throughout the process and the repairs are flawless. I had some bed liner work done on the truck as well that precision subs out to a shop that does liners, he didn't do a great job and was very difficult to deal with. When I confronted him about the poor work he told me it wasn't his problem and refused to work with me on a solution. Precision stepped in and repaired his poor work for free AND knocked a substantial amount of the cost of his poor work off of the bill. After all that I was out of town the week it was done and couldn't pick it up. Precision delivered it to my house free of charge. Couldn't ask for better customer service from precision. Next time I need body work I will be coming back. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My mother-in-law needed work done. They did an amazing job and were so nice and very kind. We loved their work, how fast they did it, and helpful they were with dealing with insurance. Highly recommended
