Phil's did quality, timely work on some things we HAD to have done, and then gave us a very honest and forthright evaluation on some other things we asked them to look at because we weren't sure. While another place might have jumped on that opportunity to do more, and charge us more, Phil's gave us a fair assessment that none of the things were really an issue at this time. Then when I picked up the car, the tech on duty was kind enough to help me with a small issue on my other car at no charge so I didn't have to leave it there.

Mike is a Rockstar! Everyone here is so nice, Mike stayed after close to make sure my car was ready for a trip on super short notice. People working up front are really helpful and sweet. Getting an itemized list with pictures and explanations of what they're fixing saves so much time googling what they're actually doing and the price for everything was very reasonable. Will be coming back here whenever I need something done on my car again!

My catalytic converter was stolen and this visit was to have an anti-theft device installed over the replacement. I appreciate the fact that they had me come in so they could look at my vehicle and make sure that they ordered one that would work. As always, the service was very good and there is a lot of knowledge and experience in that place. I am always happy to find a locally owned business that has been in the community for a long time.
