Was told on multiple occasions that they were unable to get the parts I need for my car for 8 months now even though I've been checking back with them every 2 weeks. Until today I called and they gave me some bogus story about how they informed me that they already had the parts 3 or 4 times and they supposedly informed me but I have no emails or voice-mails from the establishment and as I've said checked back twice a month for 8 months only to be told that they are unable to aquire the parts.
Went for a estimate never got a call back and when I called to check again they said yes we remember you and I will have the guys call you right back in 5min well its been over a week and no call! O well extreme auto works got me in rightaway
Customer service was awesome & my car looks great! I appreciated the communication with each other from day 1! Updates regularly and clearly answered my questions ????????
