Run!!..... don't walk a from these guys. TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN is my experience. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY MONEY UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE. DO NOT PAY FOR PARTS. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. They were hired to install new leaf springs, shocks, and a new pitman arm. They had me pay for the parts then we scheduled to have the repair done at my shop. Adolpho showed up the first day and it was hard to watch. He didn't have this and he didn't have that and he was constantly leaving to go get things he needed (Mobile Mechanic??) to the tune of three days to install a pitman arm and new shocks. That's right. Three days!! Go ahead and ask your mechanic what kind of time this repair is supposed to take. Once the pitman arm was in, he had me take it to get alligned and as soon as I got going down the road I noticed that the steering wheel would not turn left so I told him when I got back. I was disappointed with my interactions with Fuzion automotive. Based on their 5 star rating I was hopeful for a good experience. After negotiating a price to fix my car, I purchased all the parts for my car to be repaired. We set a date for the repair to occur but was told that he confused the dates and could not do it on the appointed date. No big deal, just a mistake I thought. We picked another date and then as that date approached the appointment was cancelled as he was sick. Ok, unlucky I thought, we all get sick. I tried to email him multiple times after this and he never responded back. Finally, my last email was something like, "do you want to still fix our car?" to which he never responded. So hear I sit with car parts purchased and no car repaired.
