Every single person there is so sweet and happy to help with any questions. My vehicle was damaged just days after I made my first payment. Blue Ribbon understood how that made me feel. Took care of everything with insurance and getting the vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Honestly faster then the ETA. Thank y'all so much for the professionalism and friendliness that I received
They we all so good to me!!!! Stayed after hours so I can drop my car off, called my rental company to come pick up my rental and fixed a paint chip that was unrelated to my claim! Thea is very personable and sweet! Randy was very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond!!!! Thank you!
The people are nice enough. Don't let a rock hit your car though where the work was done, because the clear coat will fall apart and peel (this isn't covered by the lifetime warranty).
