They we all so good to me!!!! Stayed after hours so I can drop my car off, called my rental company to come pick up my rental and fixed a paint chip that was unrelated to my claim! Thea is very personable and sweet! Randy was very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond!!!! Thank you!
These guys got it in and done In 2 days. 2 DAYS!! Always friendly staff kept me in the loop with all changes and updates. I Reccomend this place, results speak for themselves.
I am shocked at the lack of service given by the employees at blue ribbon. Two weeks ago my car was brought in because it was hit in the side by another driver. After not hearing the status of my car for two weeks, I called and they informed me it was totaled. I went in to clean out my car and get my license plates back only to find out they had thrown away my license plates. When I asked what they were going to do about the problem, without apologizing, they said it wasn’t their fault. I am truly shocked and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
