Robert and the team at Sixth Avenue Auto literally saved my 1999 Toyota 4 Runner. Another mechanic in town (closer to where I live) had told me the engine was shot and to just go buy another car. I brought the used car I intended to buy to Robert at Sixth Avenue Auto, and they looked it over and showed me all the rust problems it had. I decided not to buy it. We then got to talking about my 1999 4 Runner and he told me to bring it in to them for a second opinion: it turned out to be a straightforward fix and they saved my beloved 4 Runner. You can trust Robert and the mechanics at Sixth Avenue and they do great work! I highly recommend taking your car to them.

I have tried a number of other locations for service on our Audi's but none is as reputable as Sixth Avenue Auto Service. The owner Robert, and their primary technician Dominic, are outstanding. I have been using them for a number of years for service on multiple early edition Allroad's and an A7. Major items that they have taking care of: Clutch replacement, electronic diagnostics and repair, air suspension (front / rear and compressor,) timing belt replacement, brakes (front / rear), cooling fan blade replacement, motor mounts, front suspension (upper / lower control arms), just to name a few. You would think I was putting their kids through school however; their rates and hours are very competitive. Of all the work I have had done - none of it was based on a Sixth Avenue Auto Service warranty or defective workmanship. I love my cars and these guys love to work on them to keep them safe, reliable, and within a budget. Huge fan! Thanks Guys. jpl

I contacted Sixth Ave. Auto Service to do a pre-purchase inspection. Robert was friendly and responsive, even agreeing to follow the specific inspection protocol that I sent to him. Once the inspection was completed, Robert took lots of time to answer my questions and explain each problem in detail—which was extremely helpful. I can't recommend Sixth Ave. Auto highly enough: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Robert and staff! I love my new (to me) truck and am following your guidance re: the needed repairs to bring it up to top condition!
