My car was stolen in January. It was recovered 2 weeks later and it looked terrible. It was depressing. Geico sent me several auto repair shop names/numbers and I called a few who were booked solid until I got to A & W. I’ve heard of the current long waits due to pandemic-related back ups from friends and the news. I was so worried because I had a limit on my rental and we only just found the car after 2 weeks of rental use. These guys were so great. They’re always calm (when I am not at all) & I only had to pay for a couple days of my rental car because they provided a loaner for as long as they took (once it was available). I picked up my car today and it looked new. I’m so grateful! They applied my new plates in less than 2 minutes and I was never there for long. There is absolutely no quality control at A&W. I had to get my car repaired from the repairs done at A&W. My claim was from 12/31/2021. I dropped off my vehicle at A&W on 1/21/2022. I was informed by Jonathan that my parts were ordered and that it would take about a month to receive them. I called to follow-up a month later and was informed that a part had not been delivered and that they only just realized - because I called to follow-up. Jonathan admitted fault to this and said an employee had quit while working on my vehicle. Again, there was no quality control on what was done or what needed to be done. 2 months later, I picked up my vehicle on 3/19/2022. I immediately noticed that my 2021 Lexus NX was not performing the same. My car had 9000 miles on it and sounded like it had gone through a blender and was driving terribly. I looked under my vehicle to see what the noise (two metal plates rubbing against each other) was, to then notice that my skid plate was completely missing. M

If you need a trustworthy autobody company look no more. They were 5 star from beginning to end. . A little bit of a wait but worth it. Jonathan was so helpful through the whole process. A & W gave me an estimate with upfront pricing so I knew what to expect when it was time to pay. The body work and Paint job was professionally done. They matched the paint color perfectly.
