Big Brand Tire has done an outstanding job with repairs to my SUV! They recently bought out Elder Auto who had been servicing my vehicle for many years. To be honest, at first I was a bit hesitant..new shops are always a little worrisome. But because some of the staff from Elder transitioned over to Big Brand, I decided to give them a try..and I'm soooo glad I did! Elder Auto was definitely a tough act to follow indeed! However, Big Brand Tire has risen to the task at hand and has done an outstanding job! Elder was amazing. My 2016 Mercedes’ had the check engine light blinking and was not driveable. They took my car in and had it done in 4 days. Everyone is professional and friendly and the work is top notch. We’ve had our cars serviced there for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
