We have taken our cars to Elder Auto several times. They have dropped the ball on several issues. They have misdiagnosed some very large repairs. They have also neglected to complete certain services. They charged us 2x. And they are plain and simply unable to diagnose and fix specific issues. In general, not happy with them and have lost trust in them. I suggest to get a 2nd opinion. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Wheel alignment
I found this shop through its old owner. The staff have been reliable, helpful, efficient and willing to work with me. Their prices have been realistic, and under what my Subaru dealership charges. They do Tires and they do Repairs. I have had work both mechanically and done tires through them. If you don’t wanna be jipped and are looking for a new mechanic TRY THESE GUYS.
These guys put customer satisfaction first. Really go out of their way to take care of you even when you’re asking for a lot! I am so grateful to be able to rely on this business and trust them completely!
