Very hard to believe that this business gets an overall 4.8 rating. The owner is completely unprofessional. Never keeps his word on time-line and is irresponsible with customer cars. He took my car for a 25 mile joy ride and never bothered to order parts on time. Hint: if you hate dealing with customers, you should get someone else to do that

Initially, I was referred by my best friend to this location. I bright my vehicle in abs was informed my engine had blown. I paid 5k for a new engine that was put in incorrectly, on pick up the car was smoking, there we’re parts missing and others that needed replacing. The owner Alex is very rude and misleading. He speaks over you and has no respect for the women that do business with him. He promised my vehicle would run like a new car. I digress the vehicle won’t pass emissions. I took it to another location that specializes in Audi and they advised Turbo charger not workingv p0299 underboost, and the timing cover is off which is all part of the engine that Alex promised was fixed. He refuses to fix the turbo and timing cover that we’re supposed to be covered under the engine warranty. I DO NOT TRUST ALEX AT ALL! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change
