My longtime mechanic recently closed and I found Hotchkiss through great online reviews. Terry and the team did great work on my Jeep and I was impressed with the communication during initial inspection, during repair and even with the follow-up days after I picked up. We had a major engine issue in the middle of no where in Utah. When we finally got to a place with phone service I called Hotchkiss and talked with Lenny. They had just done some brake and other work on our car and I just wanted to check to be sure this new problem couldn’t be connected. Lenny could not have been more helpful or professional. The new issue was totally unrelated to their work but Lenny made several calls to connect us to a local dealer, made calls to technicians he knew at the dealer and pushed to get us some expedited service. He tracked progress over the next couple of days and kept us informed with daily calls. This level of service is far and away the best I have ever gotten from a garage (or any other business). I’ve never had an easier time getting my car fixed. as a young woman it’s always intimidating getting anything done to your car, you never know if you’re gonna be taken seriously or completely ripped off but the people at Hotchkiss have been nothing but the best. they’re so accommodating, and very transparent with everything from prices to urgency of repairs. even with the price of parts i always feel like i’m getting the most quality service but they don’t waste any time either, i often get my car back before 48 hours. they’ve always honored the warranty with no issues and have never pushed me to fix anything i didn’t want to. if your car needs anything but collision repair (their recommendations for that were amazing though) then this is the place to go!
