"I'm sorry for your misfortune" was all the technician and people at FMS left us with in the end. I'm not sure this is a "bad review," I more just came here to tell my story in dealing with FMS over the course of a few months, an experience which I end leaving with a rating of 1. All I know is taking our van to FMS left us with a string of misfortunes, miscommunications, and money lost. Service: Engine repair
Wonderful staff and finally a shop that is honest almost to a fault. I would consider taking our van anywhere else after having our brakes done at Fleet management services. They are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for being true!
Just called to find out what a particular service would cost and they charge $100. Just to LOOK at your car to tell you what is wrong with it! Definitely go somewhere else!
