Walmart Auto Care Centers

They changed the oil in my car and did not reset the light, I asked if they could and they told me to look it up. My car started leaking oil a few days after my oil change and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone despite calling at all times of day everyday. I also asked if they could replace my missing valve stem and make sure I didn’t have a leak, neither of those things were done and turns out I did have a leak as my low tire pressure gauge popped on a day after they inflated my tires. Would be happy if they answered a call so they could remedy the situation.

Don’t even bother. Don’t waste your time. I called ahead of time and the guy said 30 minute wait time but turned into and hour plus, the lady mechanic was extremely rude and unnecessary talking back when I said it was taking longer than I thought since he told me 30 minute wait time. I also fell on ice walking in cause they didn’t put enough salt on the ground. Go somewhere else!

The oil change didn't take long. Paying is always the problem no matter what walmart you go to its going to take 1-2 hours to get someone to come over and take payment.
