Easily made an appointment by phone. I was booked within two days. I had to bring my 3 year old with me to wait in the lobby. As soon as we walked in, the gentleman at the front desk gave my son a new toy car and candy to make the wait better. He chatted with me about my car issues and wasn’t pushy with other services. A huge difference from the corporate car services where I’ve experienced mostly grumpy young guys with an attitude. This place is awesome! The waiting room has comfortable seating, candy, and drinks.
