A huge thanks to Kara and Castle Rock Ford. After our check engine light came on in the middle of a road trip, we were looking at having significant expenses towing back the truck and trailer. Kara and her technicians were able to get our issue diagnosed quickly and fixed, so that we were able to continue with our trip. Thank you so much!

Brand new 2023 vehicle 2 months old turned off while driving. Brought it in and they haven't been able to diagnose the issue and it's been over 3 days. No updates, no possible issue or resolution in sight. Nearly impossible to get any update from my service advisory through the methods she recommended. Would never return here for service or to purchase another vehicle.

Years of misdiagnosed truck problems at our expense. Miscommunication between mechanics, service managers, and those diagnosing the problem and those fixing the problem... And then to have the problem not be resolved in the end? And then to be told that we were basically crazy and making the issue up? Doesn't exactly instill confidence in your ability to do your job, do it correctly, while listening to the customer. Your customer service sucks if that's how you think you should handle YOUR MISTAKES... Blame the customer, not take responsibility, and in the end not even really FIX THE PROBLEM without yet another hefty misdiagnosis?
