I mainly worked with Gary Gordon who took great care of me while purchasing my new F-150 Tremor. Nate and Jimmie took great care of us but Gary went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I’ve purchased many vehicles and can hands down say Castle Rock Ford has been the best. I had the best experience at Castle Rock Ford. You all are truly amazing. It was by far the best customer service I had ever had. Castle Rock Ford is by far not the closest service station to me but for that type of service I would GLADLY drive that extra commute to have that type of experience again! You all are amazing. A special shout out to the service advisors especially Kara, who was extremely nice, active listener and so professional!! So amazing!! And you mechanics always had a smile on their faces and you can see they really loved what they do and being there, that feeling extends to the customers as we can feel it.
