They have been accommodating to my concerns with a used Mazda purchase from another dealer. My car was in their shop for a week for one particular repair and they provided me a loaner car in the meantime. They always addressed my concerns in what I considered full attention. They recognized a charge mistake with my warranty and gave it to my attention and resolved the issue without any prodding. I don't see that often. I recommend Sil-TerHar Motors Mazda service.
If you plan on buying a new or used car, call Shane Gilmore at Sill-Terhar Mazda. Shane is the most professional, honest and helpful person my wife and I have ever worked with in the car business! Sill-Terhar was great but for the best experience, call Shane, you won’t be disappointed!
Jordan was really helpful throughout the entire process of having my Mazda repaired! I also appreciated the patience she had while answering all my questions. Once it was time to pick up my car, Jordan mentioned she wouldn't be there but that Steve would be. Needless to say, he was super helpful as well.
